We use the best screws that the market has to offer. 4mm wall thickness, solid steel and fully galvanized. We don't cut corners on the screws.

Yes, our quote includes all materials and screws. The project price includes everything to get your foundation prepared ready for you to build.

For a typical garden room base, you're looking at 20 screws, and it will take us a day to install. Variables include ground conditions, slope, weather and location.

Available in 800mm, 1050mm, 1250mm, 1550mm and 2050mm lengths, the 76mm is our go-to ground screw, with the load-bearing capacities to support the majority of your projects from garden rooms to solar arrays.
Our team will use their experience to decide on the minimum depth for your project and select ground screws accordingly.

Many variables can affect the number and length of screws needed to be required for your installation, such as factoring in the ground quality, any areas of sloping ground, and the weight of your final building.
Getting all the information allows our team to better understand your project, so we can provide you with an accurate quote that you can factor into your project budget – with no nasty surprises! You can roughly budget £80-£120 per screw.

Ground tests are only typically required for larger buildings and structures or where planning requires the detailed specification of ground screw foundations.

We use ground screws that are galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461:2009, providing a zinc coating that protects the steel of each ground screw against the elements. The overall life expectancy of our ground screws is over 76.6 years.
